योगा म्हणजे योगायोग नव्हे ,

तिथे हवा अट्टाहास अन आग्रह ,

योगा म्हणजे फक्त शरीर पाहिजे तसे वळवणे नव्हे,

तिथे हवा मनावर ताबा अन् निग्रह .

  2. Yoga as a subject should be implemented till Std.X. So that children can continue and practice in future to stay fit.

  3. योगासने एकाग्रता वाढवितात. एका जागी एका कामावर मुलांचे लक्ष स्थिर करण्यासाठी त्याचा उपयोग होतो. हा आमचा शाळेतला अनुभव आहे.
